على المتحكم والمعالج توفيق أوضاعهما بما يتفق وأحكام هذا المرسوم بقانون خلال مدة لا تزيد على (6) ستة أشهر من تاريخ صدور لائحته التنفيذية، ويجوز لمجلس الوزراء تمديد هذه المهلة لمدة أخرى مماثلة.
